A news story where a British expat, Mark Lewis, who only speaks broken Spanish has become a mayor of a Spanish Town. Councillor Lewis’ previous/current post is that of ‘Councillor for Animals’ (heh?). Who says multi-culturalism doesn’t work? The story is at http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/7701551.stm.
